According to Article 6, Paragraph 1, of Law No. 55 2012 Concerning Cars, cars that are not roadworthy particularly harmful for the safety passengers and other road users. Through routine testing at motor vehicle facility owned by Transportation Service, valve examination performed using blade test tool known as Side Slip Tester. Previously, lot automobile equipment used various facilities was impractical inaccurate. construction smart system evaluating blades covered in this study, along with implementation exponential filter improve lower noise sensor readings ADC signals. By comparing manufactured calibrated dial indicator, tests calibrations performed. graph shows response input signal quick excellent filtering, so based results test, 0.2 ideal weight reading filter. 9 mm side slip bench shear yields maximum error result 3% following calibration.
